Welding
We offer different welding techniques MIG,MAG and TIG for both small and big elements.
Pipe and profiles cutting
We are cutting pipes, profiles and rods from various materials up to 150 mm in diameter.
Rolling
We roll the metal sheets using a coiler with a working length of 1500 mm. We roll metal sheets up to a thickness of 5 mm.
Extrusion
We are using mechanical and hydraulic presses with pressure up to 100 t. It is possible to make tools for a specific detail.
Guillotine cutting
We are also cutting metal sheets using CNC guillotine shears. This method allows to optimize the costs of cutting out simple shapes (stripes, forms). Maximum thickness of cut sheet: black steel: 6 mm, stainless steel: 3 mm. Maximal cutting width: 3000 mm.
Punching
We offer services for punching various metal elements. We are using mechanical and hydraulic presses with pressure up to 100 t. It is possible to design and manufacture a blanking dies.
Chamfering
As part of a comprehensive service, we also make bevelling the edges of cut details to a given angle and length of the bevel (sheet metal up to 20 mm thick).
