The foundation of our efficient production

A key tool in our daily work is the Merit ERP system by Asseco, which supports us in planning, controlling and optimising our production processes. Already at the calculation stage, the system helps create precise offers based on real data from machines and materials. The system generates production orders, combines elements from various orders into group operations, and then - step by step - leads through the technological process: from the warehouse of raw materials, through production, to the shipment of the finished product.

Full control in production: real-time data

On the production floor, each employee uses so-called kiosks, or computer workstations that record the progress of work in real time. This allows real-time monitoring of material consumption, working time and the efficiency of individual operations. We optimise the consumption of raw materials, using the sheet metal to the last scrap. This not only benefits us, but also our clients, as we minimise costs and eliminate waste. The system also takes into account maintenance and overhaul schedules for the machines, allowing us to avoid downtime and plan production without surprises.
