Metal processing
Cutting of tubes and profiles
We carry out precision cutting of tubes, profiles and bars of various materials, up to 150 mm in diameter.
Thanks to specialised equipment, we are able to ensure high quality cutting with dimensional repeatability and an aesthetic finish.
Sheet metal stamping
We are involved in sheet metal stamping using hydraulic and mechanical presses with pressures of up to 100 tonnes.
At the client's request, we also make dedicated tools for a specific part. The stamping process enables serial production of highly repeatable parts.
Sheet metal guillotine cutting
We offer sheet metal cutting with CNC guillotine shears, which allows costs to be optimised when cutting simple shapes such as strips or formats.
Maximum sheet thickness: black steel - 6 mm, stainless steel - 3 mm, and cutting width up to 3000 mm.
Sheet rolling
We perform sheet rolling with a thickness of up to 5 mm and a working length of up to 1500 mm.
The use of the rolling machine makes it possible to obtain cylindrical and conical parts of various diameters, according to client requirements.
Punching of metal parts
We provide metal component punching services using presses with pressures of up to 100 tonnes.
We can also design and manufacture customised punches for specific tasks. Die-cutting is an efficient method of batch production of fixed-size components.
Beveling
As part of our comprehensive machining service, we offer bevelling of the edges of cut parts.
It is possible to produce bevels of a specific angle and length on sheets up to 20 mm thick. The process prepares parts for, among other things, welding, improving the quality of the connections.
